"O-Zone is not over!" "O-Zone is really over!"

Under the name Arsenium, Arsenie Toderas won hearts with O-zone and their hit "Dragostea din tei". After the separation of the trio, he began to solo with "Love me, love me", his first single. The dashing young man with a dark mood and blue eyes entrusts himself to Secret Star.

Secret Star: Hello Arsenium- why this name?
Arsenium: That comes of course from my name, Arsenie (Arsenic), but it means also a poison which, taken in small amounts, is good for health. Love is like a poison.

SS: Why did you choose to use Kalinka, an old Russian song, as the theme for your first single?
A: I worked first on "Love me, love me", the text and melody, and I realized that it fit perfectly with the theme of Kalinka. Moreover, Kalinka means "Russian beauty", of whom I spoke in the song.

SS: Is an album is planned soon?
A: I am currently working on the disc, I already have half of an album ready. I only need to enter studio to record the songs. Then it will be ready for the release.

SS: Can you tell us about the video for "Love me, love me"?
A: We have turned to an old theater, in Romania. It was everything we needed for the Russian mood! It was difficult because the shooting lasted one day and an entire night, we made a lot of takes.

SS: How did you start music?
A: I played the contrabass when younger,and threw myself into several groups. One day I said I should try to sing. I found a teacher and I really worked hard.

SS: What are your favorite places?
A: I feel well in Russia, and of course, France and also in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. France is becoming a familiar place, I begin to understand the language. I learned French in school but I have lost much ...

SS: On the subject of clothing, what do you like to wear?
A: I'm quite traditional classic, I dont like style hip - hop. For the videos, I worked with a designer in Milan.

SS: Is there a star with whom you would like to go out?
A: Angelina Jolie, I like it a little crazy. I also like Shania Twain and Natalie Imbruglia.

SS: Do many fans harass you in the street?
A: In Russia and Romania, I cannot go to supermarket (laughs). I have to wear a cap and sunglasses! Here is not like that, but I am beginning to be recognized in the street.

SS: Do you have a story to tell?
A: While in O-zone, I supported a fan who wanted take a picture of us, and she was so moved that her camera was pointed in the wrong direction and she took the full force of the camera flash in the eye! We were really amazed! (laughs)

SS: How do you find French women, compared with the Russians?
A: I think girls are imaginative and creative here, I really love the French women. I left my girlfriend there after two months, she was Moldovan, not Russian.
